APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE OF $9,069
FOR A LIBRARY VIDEO PRESENTATION
WHEREAS,Article V, Section 14 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
City Council to appropriate by ordinance unanticipated revenue which is the result of rate or fee
increases or new revenue sources at any time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive $9,069 in Library Services and Construction Act Title I
funds from the Colorado State Library; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used to develop a Library video presentation that provides
information about library services and promotes their use by the community.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that, upon receipt of the Library Services and Construction Act Title I funds, there is
hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the General Fund the sum of Nine Thousand
Sixty-nine Dollars ($9,069) to be used to develop a Library video presentation.
