That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chaff� er 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by changing the Zoning classification from "B- L," Limited Business Zoning District, to "B-P,"Planned Business Zoning District, for the following described property in the City known as the IIarmony Road/Fa lrway Estates Property (Gallenstein Parcel) Rezoning: Considering the North line of the Northwest�A of Section 1, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County,Colorado,as hearing N 89°52 E and with all bearings contained herein relativa thereto, begin at a point which bears S 89°52' W 1660.28 feet and again S 00°0�'E 70.00 feet and again N 89°52' E 191.83 feet from the North 1/4 corner of said Section I and run then N 89°52' E 203.53 feet; thence South 129.49 feet; thence Wk 130.71 feet; thence S 45°00' W 102.98 feet; the North 201.83 feet to the pont (beginning, containing 0.6648 acres, more or less. Section 2. That the Sign Dist-if ct Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.l of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the 6rue hereby is,changed and amended by showing that the above- described property is excludedfrom the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3.
