OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 2-596 OF THE CITY CODE
PERTAINING TO THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Section-2 596-of the City Code establishes the base salary to-be-paid_the-City
Manager; and
WHEREAS, by the adoption of Resolution 95-88, the City Council has appointed John F.
Fischbach as the new City Manager for the City and has entered into an employment agreement with
Mr. Fischbach.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 2-596 of the City Code shall be, and the same hereby is, amended so as to
read in its entirety as follows:
Sec. 2-596. Salary of the City Manager.
The base salary to be paid the City Manager shall be ninety-eight
thousand seven hundred fifteen dollars ($98,715) per annum,
payable in biweekly installments. Forty (40) percent of such sum
shall be charged to the city electric utility, twenty (20)percent to
the city water utility and forty (40) percent to general government
expense.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 20th day of
June, A.D., 1995, and to be presented for final passage on the ay of July, 95.
