OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THAT PORTION OF HOFFMAN MILL ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
AS DEDICATED IN THE CACHE LA POUDRE INDUSTRIAL PARK P.U.D.
TO THE EAST OF TIMBERLINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City purchased approximately half of Cache La Poudre Industrial Park
P.U.D. ("PUD") for natural areas and for the Timberline Road Extension; and
WHEREAS,as part of the this purchase,City staff agreed to recommend to Council that the
portion of the undeveloped Hoffman Mill Road that runs east of the newly constructed Timberline
Road, as shown on the plat for the PUD, be vacated; and
WHEREAS, the remainder of the PUD after the City purchase for a natural area will be
replatted and the need for the eastern portion of Hoffman Mill Road will be eliminated and the owner
of that property has requested the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, appropriate City Departments and public utilities have been contacted and
report no objection to the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City to vacate the street right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the interests of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not be prejudiced
or injured by the vacation of the street right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS,that the street right-of-way of Hoffman Mill Road as dedicated on the Cache La Poudre
Industrial Park P.U.D. that runs east of the newly constructed Timberline Road, as shown on the
recorded plat therefor, be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolished.
