OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE LONG-TERM LEASE OF PROPERTY AT THE
FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN AIRCRAFT HANGAR
WHEREAS, the Cities of Loveland and Fort Collins jointly own and operate the Fort
Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the Cities have set aside a portion of the airport property for lease to parties
desiring to conduct aeronautical activities and support activities at the airport; and
WHEREAS,Robert J. Rogers and Robin G. Rogers have indicated a desire to lease a portion
of airport property, described as follows and hereinafter referred to below as "the Lot", for the
construction and maintenance of an aircraft hangar:
All that portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
Considering the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of Section 33 as bearing SOUTH
00°31'31" EAST and with all bearing contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 33; thence along said east line
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33 SOUTH 00°31'31" EAST 1332.03 feet; thence
leaving said East line SOUTH 89°28'29" WEST 620.33 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence NORTH 70'01'13" EAST 50.00 feet; thence NORTH
19058'47" WEST 40.00 feet; thence SOUTH 70'01'13" WEST 50.00 feet; thence
SOUTH 19058'47" EAST 40.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said portion contains 2,000 square feet, more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a long term lease of the Lot to Robert
J. Rogers and Robin G. Rogers under the terms and conditions of that certain lease form entitled
"Lease Agreement by and between the Cities of Loveland and Fort Collins, Colorado, and Robert
J. Rogers and Robin G. Rogers" which is on file of the City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado.
