OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING
FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE KARL PETERSON ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Karl Peterson Annexation to the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential
Zoning District:
A TRACT OF LAND SITUATE IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP
7 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST, OF THE SIXTH P.M. , LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO,
WHICH, CONSIDERING THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 AS BEARING
N 88°42'00" E, AND WITH ALL BEARINGS CONTAINED HEREIN RELATIVE
THERETO, IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE BOUNDARY LINES WHICH BEGIN AT A
POINT ON SAID NORTH LINE WHICH BEARS N 88042'00" E 1945.98 FEET FROM
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 28, AND RUNS THENCE N
88°42'00"1 E 198.64 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 665.97 FEET; THENCE WEST
198.59 FEET; THENCE NORTH 661.47 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 3.0259 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon
the entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit development
in accordance with the Ordinances of the City and that the above-described
property be placed into the Residential Neighborhood Sign District.
Section 3. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and
directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 20th day of July, A.D. 1993, and to be presented final passa a on the
3rd day of August, A.D. 1993. j
