OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE CLEAN AIR COLORADO PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 14 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
permits the City Council to appropriate by ordinance unanticipated revenue which
is the result of rate or fee increases or new revenue sources at any time during
the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, Council has approved Resolution 93-93, authorizing the execution
of an intergovernmental agreement between the City and the State of Colorado for
the purpose of implementing the Clean Air Colorado program in Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the City expects to receive a State grant in the amount of $30,000
to assist with the purchase, installation, and temporary operation of an
atmospheric monitoring site in Fort Collins, including a transmissometer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that upon receipt by the City of the above referenced THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($30,000) grant from the State of Colorado, there is hereby appropriated from
unanticipated grant revenue the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000) , for
expenditure in the General Fund for the purchase, installation, and operation of
an atmospheric air quality monitor, including a transmissometer.

this 15th day of June, A.D. 1993, and to be presegted for final.- ssage on the
20thday of July, A.D. 1993.
