OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN
AS THE DAKOTA RIDGE REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by changing the
zoning classification from "T," Transition Zoning District, to "R-P," Planned
Residential Zoning District, for the following described property in the City
known as the Dakota Ridge Rezoning:
A parcel of land located in Section 29, Township 7 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 29 as
bearing N 00'02'57" W, and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto, commencing at the West one quarter corner of said
Section 29, thence S 00'02'57" E 1331.07 feet; thence S 89'28'58" E
3941.59 feet; thence N 00'07'31" W 1226.89 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence N 00007'31" W 50.00 feet; thence N 89025'18" W
1295.89 feet; thence S 00"07'31" E 50.00 feet; thence S 89'25'18" E
1295.89 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 64,794 square
feet or 1.4875 acres, more or less.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend
said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 15th day of June, A.D. 1993, and to be presented for final pas.sa-Ge on the
6th day of July, A.D. 1993.
