OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING
FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE MANION ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Manion Annexation to the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District:
A tract of land situate in the North 1/2 of Section 28, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado,
which, considering the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 28 as bearing N 88*42' E and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which
begin at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 28 and run thence N
88*41' E 434.95 feet; thence South 630.00 feet; thence N 88°41' E
217.86 feet; thence South 695.89 feet; thence S 88*53' W 1325.38
feet; thence North 660.00 feet; thence East 198.59 feet; thence
North 165.84 feet; thence N 88*42' E 200.00 feet; thence North
500. 13 feet to a point on the North line of said Northwest 1/4;
thence N 88*42' E 274.03 feet to the point of beginning, containing
31 .7936 acres, more or less, and being subject to a right-of-way for
Drake Road over the' North 50.00 feet thereof.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the
entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit development in
accordance with the Ordinances of the City and that said area be placed within
the Residential Neighborhood Sign District.
Section 3. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and
directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 20th day of April , A.D. 1993, and to be present for final passage on the
4th day of May, A.D. 1993.
