OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE OF $11,039
FOR THE LIBRARY OUTREACH PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Council to appropriate by ordinance unanticipated revenue received
as a result of new revenue sources at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, Council passed Resolution 93-31 on March 2, 1993, authorizing an
intergovernmental agreement with the County to provide Library services to
residents of Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive Eleven Thousand Thirty-nine Dollars
($11,039) from the County to provide outreach services to Larimer County
residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the General Fund
the sum of Eleven Thousand Thirty-nine Dollars ($11 ,039) for library outreach
services in Larimer County.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 2nd day of March, A.D. 1993, and to be presented for final passage on the
16th day of March, A.D. 1993.
