OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 26 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING
TO RATES FOR THE WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 26-282, subparagraph (a) , of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 26-282. Wastewater strength or industrial surcharges and categories
established.
(a) The schedule of wastewater strength surcharge shall be as follows:
Excess over Rate per
Parameter (mg/1) 1,000 gallons
BOD 200 $0.000666
COD 300 $0.000441
TOC 100 $0.001278
TSS 250 $0.000826
Section 2. That the amended rates and charges recited herein shall be
imposed on all billings rendered on or after January 1, 1994.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 7th day of December, A. D. 1993, and to Zbeented �fipassage on
the 21st day of December, A.D. 1993.
