AMENDING CHAPTER 26 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO FEES FOR RAW WATER
REQUIREMENTS FOR ;HE WATER UTILITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That Section 26-129(c) (1) and Section 26-129(c) (2) of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby are, amended to
read as follows:
(c) The fees and requirements for raw water shall be as follows:
(1) To satisfy raw water requirements with in-lieu cash payments,
the rate per acre-foot of RWR is One-thousand-ene-hundred-dollars-($1;109)
ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,300) .
(2) The surcharge for water used in excess of applicable annual
allotment shall be €fifty-twe--cents-{$:52) SIXTY-ONE CENTS ($.61) per one
thousand (1,000) gallons.
Section 2. The amendments recited herein shall become effective on
all permits and billings rendered on or after August 1, 1990.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of June, A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of July, A.D. 1990
