OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive grant funds in 1990
totalling $33,000 from the Colorado Division of Highway Safety; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to be used to support the
Fort Collins Drunk Driving Enforcement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
General Fund the sum of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($33,000) for
expenditure for the Fort Collins Drunk Driving Enforcement Program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of June A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of July, A.D. 1990.
