OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 2-237 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE GOLF BOARD
WHEREAS, the Golf Board is currently comprised of seven members; and
WHEREAS, the Council liaison to the Golf Board has recommended that the
composition of the Golf Board be increased to nine members; and
WHEREAS, the Council agrees that the recommended expansion of the Golf
Board would be in the best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Section 2-237(a) of the City Code be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-237. Membership; term.
(a) The board shall consist of nine (9) members appointed by the
City Council . Appointments shall specify the term of office of each
individual in order to achieve overlapping tenure.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 2nd day of June, A.D. 1992, and to be presented for final passage on the
7th day of July, A.D. 1992.
