OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR COLBOARD DRIVE
AS DEDICATED ON THE SOUTH COLLEGE
INVESTMENTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Planning Director has approved a Minor Subdivision entitled
"Olive Garden Minor Subdivision" ; and
WHEREAS, approval of said minor subdivision has made it necessary and
desirable that the City vacate right-of-way for Colboard Drive previously
dedicated by and more particularly described on the plat entitled "South College
Investments Subdivision"; and
WHEREAS, pertinent City agencies and private utility companies have been
contacted and report no objection to the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City in making the proposed vacation;
and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not
be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said street right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the street right-of-way for Colboard Drive as dedicated and described on the
plat entitled "South College Investments Subdivision", be and the same hereby is,
vacated, abated, and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
on this 5th day of May, A.D. 1992, and to be presented for final passage on the
19th day of May, A.D. 1992.
