HomeMy WebLinkAbout039 - 04/07/1992 - ZONING BARNES ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 39 , 1992 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE BARNES ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows : Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Barnes Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District: A tract of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the North line of the said Northwest Quarter as bearing N 89°02' 15" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 33 and run thence S 00021 ' 15" W 1102.60 feet; thence S 89° 14' 15" W 194.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S 88°34' 15" W 332.00 feet; thence N 06°01 ' 15" E 272 .42 feet; thence N 30°59'45" W 71 .78 feet; thence S 87027'45" E 335.24 feet; thence S 04°34' 15" W 165.98 feet; thence N 88034' 15" E 30. 17 feet; thence S 04'34' 15" W 145.00 feet to the point of beginning . Containing 2 .3132 acres. Section 2. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
