OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING THE"STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES FOR THE
NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE CORRIDOR"
WHEREAS, on March 21, 1995,the City Council adopted Resolution 95-43, approving the
North College Avenue Corridor Plan (the "Plan") and incorporating said plan into the
Comprehensive Plan of the City; and
WHEREAS, in furtherance of the policies established in the Plan, certain "Standards and
Guidelines for the North College Avenue Corridor" (the "Standards and Guidelines") have been
developed and presented to the Council for its consideration; and
WHEREAS,the Council has determined that the proposed Standards and Guidelines would
be a valuable tool in advancing the objectives of the Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council has further determined that it is in the best interests of the citizens
of the City that the Standards and Guidelines be adopted for implementation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the "Standards and Guidelines for the North College Avenue Corridor", dated
December 19, 1995, a copy of which is on file with the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted
to implement the goals of the North College Avenue Corridor Plan pursuant to Sections 29-521(4)
and 29-526 E(5) of the City Code.
