OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 26-543 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY THE ADOPTION OF A
REVISED MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN FOR THE SPRING CREEK BASIN
WHEREAS, the Spring Creek Basin Master Drainage Planning Study
was revised and completed in March, 1988, which Plan has been examined
by the Storm Drainage Board and recommended for approval by the City
Council ; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby
determine that it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City
that the aforesaid Master Drainage Plan be adopted and declared to be
a part of the Code of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the Council does further determine that it is in the
best interests of the citizens of the City that the Code of the City
be amended to include storm drainage basin and utility fees for the
aforesaid Spring Creek Basin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 26-543(9) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(9) Spring Creek Master Drainageway Plan, prepared by Engineering
Professionals, Inc. , dated March, 1988.
Introduced, considered favorably on first re din , and ordered
published this 6th day of September, A.D. 1988, and be presented
for final passage on the 20th day of Septemb A. 8.
