OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ENTER INTO
A FOUR-YEAR AWARD FOR COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES
WHEREAS, Motorola Communications and Electronics Inc. of Fort Collins
submitted the low bid for the City's communications equipment maintenance
services; and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 31 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins requires that City Council approve contracts for services for a
period longer than two (2) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Purchasing Agent be, and he hereby is, authorized to
contract with Motorola Communications and Electronics Inc . for
communications equipment maintenance services for four (4) years, with the
pricing to be held firm for the first two (2) year term and negotiated for
the second two (2) year term.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published on this 6th day of September, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 20th day of September, A.D. 1988.
