OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
PINE RIDGE FIRST ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the area to be annexed is solely owned by the City of Fort
Collins and is not solely a public street or right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has found and
determined and does hereby find and determine that it is in the best
interests of the City of Fort Collins to annex said area to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the following described property, to wit:
A tract of land situate in the Northeast Quarter of Section 32,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the East line of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 32 as bearing S 00°18'.05" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at the Northeast corner of said
Section 32 and run thence S 00°18'05" E 2511 . 18 feet; thence
N 10023'37" W 1500.00 feet; thence N 47°01'05" W 1454.67 feet to
the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 32; thence N 88°05'39" E 1322.30 feet to
the Point of Beginning, containing 23. 1574 acres.
be, and hereby is, annexed to the city of Fort Collins and made a part of
said city, to be known as the Pine Ridge First Annexation.
Section 2. That, in annexing said property to the city of Fort
Collins, the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting
the construction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service
lines, streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the
property hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City of Fort Collins hereby consents, pursuant to
Section 37-45-136(3.6) , C.R.S. , to the inclusion of said property into the
Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 6th day of September, A.D. 1988, and to b presented for
final passage on the 18th day of October, A.D.
