OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ENTER INTO
A FIVE YEAR AWARD FOR DEPOSITORY AND BANKING SERVICES
WHEREAS, First Interstate Bank of Fort Collins submitted the low bid
for the City's Depository and Banking Services; and
WHEREAS, the City has enjoyed a long term relationship with First
Interstate Bank of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 31 of the Charter of the City
of Fort Collins requires that City Council approve contracts for services
for a period longer than two (2) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Purchasing Agent be, and he hereby is, authorized to
contract with Interstate Bank of Fort Collins for Depository and Banking
Services for a five (5) years.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of August, A.D. 1988, and to be resented for final
passage on the 6th day of September, A.D. 19
