OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS
FROM THE LIGHT & POWER, WATER, WASTEWATER & STORMWATER
UTILITY FUNDS TO THE COMMUNICATIONS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the City Council to transfer unexpended, appropriated
amounts from one fund to another; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to purchase an automated Utility Customer
Services System by Moore Governmental Systems, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, funds to cover the personnel costs in support of this system
through year-end 1988 are available in the various Utility Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($35,000) DOLLARS, is hereby
appropriated for transfer from the following funds:
Light & Power Utility $20,590
Water Utility 4,834
Wastewater Utility 4,834
Stormwater Utility 4,742
TOTAL $35,000
to the Communications Fund for personnel costs for the new automated
Utility Customer Service System.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of August, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of September, A.D. 1988.
