OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE LIBRARY GRANTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, Council passed Resolution 88- 7 on January 19, 1988,
authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with the County to provide
library services to residents of Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive $9,508 to provide outreach services to
residents of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Library Grants Fund the sum of NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHT DOLLARS
($9,508) for Library Outreach Services in Larimer County.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 19th day of January, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988.
