OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING THE DISTRICT-PRECINCT MAP
FOR THE 1989 REGULAR CITY ELECTION
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1(c) of the Charter requires that at
least six (6) months prior to any District election, the City be divided,
by ordinance, into four (4) Districts; and
WHEREAS, said Districts must consist of approximately the same number
of registered electors and must represent one (1) continuous reasonably
compact unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the 1989 District-Precinct Map dated August 2, 1988 is hereby
adopted and shall be in effect for the March 7, 1989 Regular City Election.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of August, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of August, A.D. 1988.
