OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $35,733. 16 from property owners
participating in the City's 1988 Concrete Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used in conjunction with City funds to
build new sidewalks and repair and replace damaged sidewalk, curb and
gutter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of Thirty-Five
Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars ($35,734) for the 1988 Concrete
Improvement Program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of August, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of August, A.D. 1988.
