CONDITION AND EXCLUDING THE PROPERTY FROM THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD SIGN DISTRICT FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS HARMONY OFFICE PARK PARTNERSHIP REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by the addition of a P.U.D. condition to the existing "B-L,"Limited Business Zoning District and by excluding the property from the Residential Neighborhood Sign District,for the following described property in the City known as the Harmony Office Park Partnership Rezoning: COMMENCING AT NW CORNER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., THENCE N 890 52' E 354.63 FEET AND AGAIN S 00 5 VW 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING S 00 5 VW 266.18 FEET,THENCE APPROXIMATELY S 82° 28' E 312.6 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NW CORNER OF LOT 26, FAIRWAY ESTATES 1ST FILING, THENCE N 360 05' 20" E 97.48 FEET, AND AGAIN S 550 05' 20"E 322.27 FEET TO THE SW CORNER LOT 3,REPLAT OF PART OF TRACT B,FAIRWAY ESTATES 3RD FILING, THENCE N 0° 08'W 420 FEET, AND AGAIN S 89° 52'W 634.87 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COUNTY OF LARIMER, STATE OF COLORADO. Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the above-described property is excluded from the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City. Section 4. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
