HomeMy WebLinkAbout107 - 08/15/1995 - ZONING THE SNYDER ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 107, 1995 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SNYDER ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Foal Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Snyder Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado in the following Zoning Districts: C-Commercial District, with a condition that the property described below be developed as a Planned Unit Development in accordance with the ordinances of the City: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,City of Fort Collins,Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows; Commencing at the southwest corner of the said Section 2, the said southwest comer is also the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; THENCE along the west line of the said southwest quarter, North 00' 04'30" West for a distance of 214.00 feet; THENCE leaving the said west line, North 890 59' 30" East for a distance of 330.00 feet; TIIENCE South 00' 04' 30" East for a distance of 214.00 feet; THENCE South 89' 59' 30" West for a distance of 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.621 acres more or less. The above described tract is subject to all easements and rights of ways now existing or of record. R-L. Low Density Residential District: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,City of Fort Collins,Latimer County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the said Section 2; THENCP along the west line of the said southwest quarter, North 00' 04' 30" West for a distance of 214.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; THENCE continuing along the said west line, North 00' 04' 30" West for a distance of 428.82 feet; THENCE South 55' 31'08" East for a distance of 400.69 feet; THENCE South 00' 04' 30" East for a distance of 201.93 feet; THENCE South 89' 59' 30" West for a distance of 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2.389 acres more or less. The above described tract is subject to all easements and rights of ways now existing or of record. Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the above-described property is not included in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
