HomeMy WebLinkAbout093 - 07/19/1994 - ZONING ROBERT SHIELDS ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 93, 1994 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE ROBERT SHIELDS ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Robert Shields Annexation to the city of Fort_ Collins,_ Colorado,_ in the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential Zoning District: A tract of land located in the Northwest one-quarter of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which, considering the West line of said Northwest one- quarter as bearing due North, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 33; thence South 1649.10 feet, and again S 89°33 00 E 50.00 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way of County Road 9, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence S 89°33'00" E 976.38 feet; thence S 00°27'00" W 175.00 feet; thence S 89033'00" E 62.53 feet; thence S 86000'00" E 80.50 feet; thence S 04°00'00" W 56.00 feet; thence S 51 *W 3T" E_ 1-IL l$ feet, thence S 00000'00" E 383.07 feet; thence N 89036'40" W 1216.73 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of County Road 9; thence along said line N 00'00'00" W 700.94 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. County of Larimer, State of Colorado. Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the above-described property is included in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City. Section 4. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 7th day of June, A.D. 1994, and to be presented for final passage on the 19th day of July, A.D. 1994.
