AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING
FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE FOX HILLS ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Fox Hills Annexation to the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-F, Foothills Residential District:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 33,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, Colorado, considering the North
line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 33 as bearing N
89"58'12" W is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a
point which bears N 89"58'12" W 2656.37 feet, and again S 00°56'00"
W 522.51 feet from the East Quarter Corner of said Section 33, and
run thence along the East line of said Southwest Quarter, S
00°56'00" W 2128.05 feet to the South Quarter Corner of said Section
33, thence along the South line of said Section 33, N 89"40'39" W
607.46 feet; thence N 00"11'08" E 2566.99 feet along the East line
of a roadway as described in Book 1899 at Page 636 to a point on the
Southerly line of County Road 38-E; thence along said Southerly
line, N 85°00'00" E 272.87 feet; thence South 466.41 feet; thence
East 361.97 feet to the point of beginning, containing 33.1707
acres, more or less.
Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1
of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by showing that the above-described property is included in the
Residential Neighborhood Sign District-.
Section 3. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and
directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first rea and ordered published
this 15th day of February, A.D. 1994, and to be ese ed for fin assage on
the 1st day of March, A.D. 1994.
