HomeMy WebLinkAbout107 - 07/05/1994 - ZONING THE HARMONY FARM ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 107, 1994 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE HARMONY FARM ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Harmony Farm Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the E-P, Employment Park Zoning District: A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township C North,_ Range- 68 West of the- Sixth- P,M._,_ Larimer County,_ Colorado,_ which considering the North line of said Northwest 1/4 as bearing S 89°39'48" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Colorado State Highway No. 68 which is also the Southerly line of the Harmony Annexation No. 3 to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado which bears S O1°40'48" E 111.90 feet along the West line of said Northwest 1/4 from the Northwest Corner of said Section 4, and run thence along the Southerly line of the said Annexation and Highway No. 68, N 83°50' 12" E 26.10 feet, and again N 41'22'12" E 73.20 feet, and again N 87°25'57" E 500.70 feet, and again S 89°39'48" E 613.00 feet, and again S 89°50'03" E 1000.00 feet, and again S 89'39'48" E 350.00 feet; thence along the Southerly line of the Harmony Annexation No. 4 to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado and the said Highway No. 68, S 89°39'48" E 86.40 feet, and again S 89045'48" E 25.25 feet to a point on the East line of said Northwest 1/4; thence S 01'43'48" E 701 .18 feet along the West line of the Ricketts First and Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado and the East line of the said Northwest 1/4; thence S O1°43'48" E 1881.64 feet along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4 to the Center 1/4 Corner of said Section 4; thence N 88047'48" W 2655.72 feet along the South line of the said Northwest 1/4 to the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 4; thence N O1°40'48" W 197.69 feet along the West line of the said Northwest 1/4 to the Southeast corner of the South Harmony Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado; thence N 01°40'48" W 2258.24 feet along the East line of said South Harmony Annexation and the West line of said Northwest 1/4 to the point of beginning, containing 155.5975 acres, more or less. Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the above-described property is excluded from the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 21st day of June, A.D. 1994, and to be resented for final passage on the 5th day of July, A.D. 1994.
