HomeMy WebLinkAbout143 - 01/07/1992 - ZONING THE RIVERSIDE SHOPPING CENTER AREA REZONING ORDINANCE NO. 143, 1991 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE RIVERSIDE SHOPPING CENTER AREA REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by changing the zoning classification from "I-G, " General Industrial and "C, " Commercial Zoning Districts, to "C-L, " Limited Commercial Zoning District, for the following described property in the City known as the Riverside Shopping Center Area Rezoning: Parcel 97131-00-044 Beginning at a point 411 feet N and 422 8/12 feet E of SW corner NE of NE Section 13, Township 7, Range 69, N 395 feet, S 41015' E 154 feet, S 290 feet, W to Point of Beginning. Parcel 97131-00-023 Beginning at a point 422 10/12 feet E of SW corner of NE of NE Section 13, Township 7, Range 69, thence N 411 feet, E 155 8/12 feet, S 411 .5 feet, W 115 8/12 feet to Point of Beginning. Parcel 97131-00-022 Beginning at a point 938.5 feet E of SW corner of NE of NE Section 13, Township 7, Range 69, N 701 .5 feet, S 41°15' E 179 feet, S 582 feet, W 135 5/6 feet to Point of Beginning, less road off North end. Parcel 97131-00-004 Beginning at a point N 48*21 1/2' W 412.7 feet from NE corner of SE of NE Section 13, Township 7, Range 69, thence S 0'54' W 229.75 feet, N 89*42' W 331 .4 feet, N 0*25' E 522.66 feet, S 48*21 1/2' E 443.4 feet to Point of Beginning, less road right-of-way along North line and less Reception Number 90011538. Parcel 97131-00-009 Beginning at a point 30 feet W and 200 feet N of E 1/4 corner Section 13, Township 7, Range 69, W 355.5 feet, N 150 feet, E 355.5 feet, S 150 feet to Point of Beginning, less a strip of land 10 feet in width adjacent to existing right-of-way described as follows: Beginning at a point 30 feet W and 200 feet N of E 1/4 corner of SD Section 13, W 10 feet, N 150 feet, E 10 feet, S 150 feet to Point of Beginning as described in Book 1721 at Page 636. Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
