OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AS THEY RELATE
TO THE CENTRE FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 90
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 1987, the Council of the City of Fort
Collins (the "Council ") adopted Resolution 87-69 relating to the Centre for
Advanced Technology Special Improvement District No. 90 (the "District") ;
and
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1987 the Council adopted Ordinance No. 81, 1987
creating the District; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned legal documents as adopted by the Council
contained references to inaccurate dates and exhibits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Resolution 87-69 be, and it hereby is
amended by deleting the date, the 5th day of May, 1987 therefrom and
substituting therefor the date, the 19th day of May, 1987.
Section 2. That Section 6 of Resolution 87-69 be, and it hereby is
amended by deleting the date, the 5th day of May, 1987 therefrom and,
substituting therefor the date, the 23rd day of July, 1987.
Section 3. That Section 9 of Resolution 87-69 be, and it hereby is
amended by deleting the date, the 5th day of May, 1987 therefrom, and
substituting therefor the date, the 19th day of May, 1987.
Section 4. That the second recital contained within Ordinance No. 81,
1987 be, and it hereby is amended by deleting references to the 5th day of
May, 1987 therefrom, and substituting therefor the date, the 19th day of
May, 1987.
Section 5. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 81, 1987 be, and it hereby
is amended by deleting the date, the 5th day of May therefrom, and
substituting therefor the date, the 23rd day of July, 1987.
Section 6. That Ordinance No. 81, 1987 be, and it hereby is amended
to include, as the sole exhibit thereto, a new Exhibit "A", said Exhibit to
be in substantially the same form as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and, by
this reference incorporated herein.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 20th day of October, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 3rd day of November, A.D. 1987.
