OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE /
AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURP ES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FRONT RANGE FARMS II A EXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FO COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map ado ted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the s e hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as ; the Front Range Farms II
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "I-L, " Limited
Industrial Zoning District:
A tract of land situate in the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of/'the 6th Principal Meridian,
Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the West line of said
Southwest Quarter as bearing North 00°05' 15" East, and with all
bearings contained herein rela ive thereto, begin at a point
which bears South 89032'23" Ea t 609. 10 feet from the Southwest
Corner of said Section 3, aW run thence South 89032'23" East
943.75 feet; thence North .47°52'00" West 470.00 feet; thence
North 61°53'30" East 442J7 feet; thence North 00'05'34" West

Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire Above-described property being developed as a planned unit
development in ,accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 20th day of October, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of December, A.D. 19 7.
