OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS
FRONT RANGE FARMS II ANNEXATION /
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Resolution 87-150, finding substantial co pliance and
initiating annexation proceedings, has heretofore been opted by the
Council of the City of Fort Collins; and

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collfns has found and
determined and does hereby find and determine that /it is in the best
interests of the City of Fort Collins to annex said area to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the following described property, to wit:
A tract of land situate in the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of,the 6th Principal Meridian,
Larimer County, Colorado, which cono dering the West line of said
Southwest Quarter as bearing Nortpf 00005' 15" East, and with all
bearings contained herein relay ve thereto, begin at a point
which bears South 89032'23" Ea0t 609. 10 feet from the Southwest
Corner of said Section 3, and run thence South 89°32'23" East
943.75 feet; thence North 47°52'00" West 470.00 feet; thence
North 61°53'30" East 442.3� feet; thence North 00005'34" West
158.82 feet; thence Sou" 89°32'23" East 1040.00 feet; thence
North 00°05'34" West 87,9.00 feet; thence North 67041'06" West
1050.00 feet; thence pP((orth 63°36'06" West 835.00 feet; thence

be, and hereby is, annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of
said City, to bef known as Front Range Farms II Annexation.
Sec tion/' 2. That, in annexing said property to the City of Fort
Collins, to City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting
the constyiction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service
lines, streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the
property hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins.
