OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
TECHNICAL STUDIES - UMTA FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive $20,000 in grant funds from the Urban
Mass Transportation Administration; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used to provide funding for a private
sector contracting and financial analysis study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Technical Studies - UMTA Fund the sum of
TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) for the funding of a private sector
contracting and financial analysis study.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 20th day of October, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 3rd day of November, A.D. 1987.
