OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR
BLOCK 21 ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins (the "Charter") authorizes the City Council to appropriate by
ordinance unanticipated revenue received as a result of new revenue sources
received at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to commence work to reconstruct and improve
concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter in the Block 21 Alley along
the frontage of the Opera Galleria; and
WHEREAS, the Developer of the Opera Galleria is in agreement with the
City to participate in the removal and replacement of concrete pavement
along the frontage of the Opera Galleria as part of the City's development
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the Developer's share of the funds
needed for the Block 21 Alley improvements, totalling $11,021 ; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned funds received from the Developer will be
used along with previously appropriated City funds in the Capital Projects
Fund to construct the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund, the sum of ELEVEN
THOUSAND TWENTY ONE DOLLARS ($11,021) to be used with previously
appropriated City funds for Block 21 Alley improvements.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 7th day of August, A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of August, A.D. 990
