OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE LINK-N-GREENS ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Link-N-Greens Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "RC, " River Corridor Zoning
District:
A tract of land situate in the East 1/2 of Section 12, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado,
which considering the East line of the said East 1/2 as bearing
S 00005'03" W and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto, begins at a point which bears N 89°57'00" W, 1005.28
feet from the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 12, and run thence S 05058'06" W, 1705.73 feet, thence
N 84°52'46" W, 303.45 feet, thence S 72°52'30" W, 307.20 feet,
thence along the arc of a 220.00 foot radius curve to the right a
distance of 303 . 34 feet , the long chord of which bears
N 67037'30" W, 279.87 feet, thence N 28°07'30" W, 217.38 feet,
thence N 09°06' 15" E, 135.42 feet, thence N 33°23'25" E, 175. 18
feet, thence N 09°20'50" E, 150.00 feet, thence N 11°04'10" W,
184.94 feet, thence N 26048'30" W, 55.22 feet, thence N 09°06'15"
E, 813.90 feet to the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section 12, thence N 09006' 15" E, 40.50 feet to a point on the
Buckingham Place Addition, thence S 89°57'00" E, 563.99 feet to a
point on the East Lincoln Avenue First Annexation, thence
S 00°03'00" W, 40.00 feet, thence S 89°57'00" E, 353.52 feet
along the East Lincoln Avenue First Annexation and the Northeast
Consolidated Annexation to the Point of Beginning, containing
37.2133 acres.
Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 6th day of October, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of October, A.D. 1987.
