APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE OF $104,480
FROM THE COLORADO DIVISION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
FOR THE FORT COLLINS POLICE SERVICES'
LARIMER COUNTY MULTIJURISDICTIONAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 14 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
permits the Council to appropriate by ordinance unanticipated revenue which are
the result of rate or fee increases or new revenue sources at any time during
the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, Fort Collins Police Services has been awarded a grant in the
amount of $104,480 from the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice; and
WHEREAS, this grant requires $70,507 of City matching funds which are
included in Police Services' 1992 budget; and
WHEREAS, the grant and matching funds are to be used for the Fort Collins
Police Services' Larimer County Multijurisdictional Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that, upon receipt, there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated grant revenue
in the General Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY
DOLLARS ($104,480) , for expenditure in the General Fund for the Fort Collins
Police Services' Larimer County Multijurisdictional Project.
Introduced, considered favorable on first reading, and ordered published
this 5th day of November, A.D. 1991, and to be presented for final passage on
the 19th day of November, A.D. 1991 .
