OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
WUERKER ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Resolution 92-161, finding substantial compliance and initiating
annexation proceedings, has heretofore been adopted :y the Council of the City
of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the Council does hereby find and determine that it is in the best
interests of the City to annex said area to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
Section 1 . That the following described property, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND SITUATE IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 10,
TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , LARIMER COUNTY,
COLORADO, WHICH CONSIDERING THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
OF SAID SECTION 10 AS BEARING N 89048'03" E AND WITH ALL BEARINGS
CONTAINED HEREIN RELATIVE THERETO, IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE BOUNDARY
LINES WHICH START AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 10, THE
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND RUN THENCE S 00°25'49" E 40.01 FEET;
THENCE N 88015'26" E 30.01 FEET; THENCE S 00°25'49" E 683.49 FEET;
THENCE S 88007 11 W 30.01 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID
SECTION 10; THENCE CONTINUING S 88°07' 11" W 632. 16 FEET; THENCE N

CONTAINING 14.5406 ACRES;
be, and hereby is, annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said
City, to be known as the Wuerker Annexation.
Section 2. That, in annexing said property to the City, the City does not
assume any obligation respecting the construction of water mains, sewer lines,
gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilities in
connection with the property hereby annexed except as may be provided by the
ordinances of the City.

Section 3. That the City hereby consents, pursuant to Section
37-45-136(3.6) , C.R.S. , to the inclusion of said property into the Municipal
Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 15th day of December, A.D. 1992, and to be presented for final passage on
the 5th day of January, A.D. 1993.
