OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF HORSETOOTH ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
AND CERTAIN RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN THE HORSETOOTH COMMONS P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins has
approved the Kingston Woods Planned Unit Development Second Filing which is a
Replat of Block 1 and Tract C of the Horsetooth Commons P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, approval of the Kingston Woods Planned Unit Development
necessitates the vacation of rights-of-way for Patterson Place and McWilliams
Place as previously dedicated by and more particularly described on the plat
entitled "Horsetooth Commons P.U.D. " and a portion of the Horsetooth Road right-
of-way, all as described on Exhibit "A, " attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, City agencies and private utilities have been notified of the
replat and report no ubjection to the proposed vacations; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not
be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said street rights-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the street rights-of-way for Patterson Place and McWilliams Place as
dedicated and described on the plat entitled "Horsetooth Commons P.U.D. " and a
portion of the Horsetooth Road right-of-way, all as more particularly described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and
abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 6th day of October, A.D. 1992, and to be presented for final passage on the
20th day of October, A.D. 1992.

North , Range 69 West , of the 6th P .M. , City of Fort Collins ,
County of Larimer , State of Colorado, more particularly described
as follows :
Considering the south line of said southeast one-quarter of Sec-
tion 27 as bearing NORTH 890 46 ' 44" WEST and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 27 ; Thence
along said south line of the southeast one-quarter of Section 27
NORTH 890 46 ' 44" WEST 1020.00 feet to the southerly prolongation
of the west line of said HORSETOOTH COMMONS P . U . D . ; Thence leaving
said south line and along said prolongation NORTH 000 00' 00" EAST
50. 00 feet to a line which is parallel with and 50 . 00 feet (mea-
sured at right angles) north of said south line of the southeast
