OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE MILL FIRST ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Mill First Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "B-P", Planned Business
District:
A tract of land situate in the County of Larimer, State of
Colorado to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the East 1/2 of Section 2, Township 6
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado
which considering the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section 2 as bearing N 00047' E and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines,
which begin at a point on the West right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway 287 which bears N 00047' E 2456.70 feet and again N 880
45' W 48.66 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 2 and
run thence N 00048'47" E 172.53 feet along the West line of the
Fossil Creek First Annexation; thence N 00"44'43" E 52.47 feet
along the West line of the Fairway Estates Business Annexation;
thence N 88*45' W 220.00 feet; thence S 53*01115" W 363.48 feet;
thence S 88045' E 507.31 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1.8783 acres more or less.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of December, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of January, A.D. 1987.
