HomeMy WebLinkAbout127 - 11/20/1990 - APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FUND FOR THE UPGRADE OF THE CITYS ORDINANCE NO. 127, 1990 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FUND WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins (the "Charter") authorizes the City Council to appropriate by ordinance unanticipated revenue received as a result of new revenue at any time during the year, and WHEREAS, the Division of Highways, State Department of Highways of the State of Colorado is responsible for the administration of FAUS funds; and WHEREAS, according to the terms of the aforementioned intergovernmental agreement, the City will receive $126,000 in FAUS funds for the purchase and installation of an upgraded computerized traffic control system NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that, upon receipt, there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unanticipated revenue in the Transportation Services Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS (b126,000) to provide for the upgrade of the City's computerized traffic control system. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published the 6th day of November, A.D. , 1990, and to be presented for final passage on the 20th day of November, A.D. , 1990.
