OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 26 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
RELATING TO WATER AND SEWER MAIN EXTENSIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that subparagraph
(c) of Section 26-368 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins shall be amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 26-368. Water and sewer main extensions.
(c) Licenses. No person except an employee of the city or a
person licensed as a contractor in the public right-of-way under
Article XI of this Chapter shall excavate or install water or sewer
lines in public streets, alleys or sidewalks.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 6th day of November, A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final passage on
the 20th day of November, A.D. 1990.
