OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, Fort Collins Police Services has been awarded a grant in the
amount of $25,584 from the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice; and
WHEREAS, Fort Collins Police Services has been awarded matching funds in
the amount of $16,000 from Poudre R-1 School District; and
WHEREAS, this grant requires $847 in the form of a City match, which amount
has previously been budgeted and appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that, upon receipt, there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in
the General Fund, the sum of FORTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR DOLLARS
($41,584) , for expenditure in the General Fund for the Fort Collins Police
Services' Drug Abuse Resistance Education Project.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 6th day of November, A.D. , 1990, and to be presented for final passage on
the 20th day of November, A.D. , 1990.
