OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
FOR THE FORT COLLINS POLICE SERVICES LARIMER COUNTY
MULTIJURISDICTIONAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the City Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any time
during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, Fort Collins Police Services has been awarded a grant in the
amount of $76,944 from the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice; and
WHEREAS, this grant requires $62,061 of City matching funds which have been
appropriated and are available in the 1990 Police budget; and
WHEREAS, the grant and matching funds are to be used for the Fort Collins
Police Services Larimer County Multijurisdictional Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that, upon receipt, there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in
the General Fund the sum of SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS
($76,944) for expenditure in the General Fund for the Fort Collins Police
Services Larimer County Multijurisdictional project.
Introduced, considered favorable on first reading, and ordered published
this 6th day of November, A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final passage on
the 20th day of November, A.D. 1990.
