OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive grant funds in 1990
totalling $30,000 for the Colorado Department of Health; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to be used to support the
Fort Collins 1990-1991 Clean Air Colorado campaign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that, upon receipt, there is hereby appropriated the sum of THIRTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000) from unanticipated revenue in the General Fund
for expenditure for the Fort Collins 1990-1991 Clean Air Colorado campaign.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of October, A.D. 1990, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of November, A.D. 1990.
