OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 181, 1987 APPROPRIATING PRIOR
YEAR RESERVES IN THE GENERAL FUND AND AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1987, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.
181 , 1987, appropriating prior year reserves in the General Fund and
authorizing the transfer of appropriated amounts from the General Fund to
the Capital Projects Fund; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1987, a Referendum Petition was filed with
the City Clerk requesting that the City Council repeal Ordinance No. 181,
1987 or place it on a special election ballot or on the ballot at the next
regular city election; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has certified the petition as being sufficient
to require the Council to repeal Ordinance No. 181 , 1987 or place it on a
city election ballot; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Ordinance No. 181 , 1987
should be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Ordinance No. 181, 1987, be and it hereby is repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of January, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of January, A.D. 1988.
