OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE CULTURAL SERVICES & FACILITIES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the City Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at
any time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the Lincoln Center has established user services fees for
catering services provided to user groups; and
WHEREAS, the user services fees are designed to recover all of the
costs associated with providing services for user groups; and
WHEREAS, the Lincoln Center has received unanticipated user services
fees in an amount exceeding the amount budgeted for the year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Cultural Services & Facilities Fund the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($20,000) for costs associated with providing services to Lincoln Center
user groups.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 7th day of June, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of July, A.D. 1988.
