OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive One Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Thirty Dollars ($185,530) in grant funds from the Urban Mass
Transportation Administration; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used for necessary capital and planning
projects in the Transfort program; and
WHEREAS, these funds will partially reduce the City's local matching
contribution to the Transfort program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Transportation Services Fund the sum of ONE
HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($185,530) for
necessary capital and planning projects in the Transfort program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 19th day of July, A.D. 1988, and t be p e nted for final
passage on the 2nd day of August, A.D. 1988.
