OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS ON THE REPLAT OF LOTS 1 AND 2
TIMBERLINE APARTMENTS PUD
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to
vacate all easements on the Replat of Lots 1 and 2 in the Timberline
Apartments PUD; and
WHEREAS, this parcel has been approved by the Planning & Zoning Board
as Timberline Village PUD which establishes all easements necessary for the
development of this revised PUD; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and indicate no problem with
the vacation ; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements located on the Replat of Lots 1 and 2 in the
Timberline Apartments PUD be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated, and
abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of November, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for
final passage on the 19th day of November, A.D. 1985.
